Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

ClearCalc offers free online calculators for everyday money questions. This page explains, in plain English, what information the site does — and does not — collect when you visit. All results the calculators produce are estimates for education and planning only; they are not financial or tax advice.

Your calculator inputs stay in your browser

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your own web browser. The numbers you type in — income, loan amounts, savings goals, and anything else — are never sent to, or stored on, a server. When you close the page, those numbers are gone. There is nothing for us to keep, sell, or lose.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages are useful. It is a privacy-friendly analytics service: it does not use cookies, does not build profiles, and does not track individuals across sites. It records anonymous, aggregate page-view information only, such as page views and general performance data.

Advertising

In the future, this site may display advertisements through Google AdSense or similar advertising networks to help cover its costs. If that happens, those providers may use cookies to personalize the ads you see, based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through Google Ads Settings or via aboutads.info.

Affiliate links

Some pages may contain affiliate links to financial products or services we mention. If you click one of those links and sign up, this site may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. Where affiliate or sponsored links appear, they are labeled as affiliate or sponsored so you can tell them apart from ordinary links.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information to anyone. This site has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no email collection — there is no form asking for your name, address, or contact details, and we do not want them.

Children

ClearCalc is a general-audience site about personal finance calculators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
